PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Ravenna Planning Commission will hold an advisory public hearing on Tuesday, February 11th, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., at the Ravenna Village Hall, 12090 Crockery Creek Drive, Ravenna, Michigan, within the Village, regarding a Zoning Application to change their commercial parcel to industrial submitted by Tom Rodgers.   The parcel concerned is located in the C-2 zoning district and is legally described as follows:

All interested persons may attend the public hearing and comment upon the Zoning Application.  The application is available for review at the Village business office located at 12090 Crockery Creek Drive, Ravenna.  Written comments may be submitted to the Village Clerk, at the above-stated address, up to the time of the public hearing.
