Utilities Billing Information

The Village of Ravenna monthly utility bill consist of Water, Sewer and Refuse charges on it.  The rates will differ between Village residents and Township residents that have Village utilities. 

• Bills go out the first of the month for the previous month's charges. All bills are due by the 20th of the month.
• Bills paid after the 20th of the month will have a 10% penalty added to the bill.
• CLICK HERE to sign up for ACH.  You will still receive a bill. ACH is processed around the 15th of the Month.

Meter readings occur around the 20th of the month.  You are allowed 6,000 gallons of water a month for your normal flat rate and then an additional $4.50 for every 1,000 gallons you go over.
